Awareness Team

SBÄM Fest has developed an awareness concept together with SAFE THE DANCE, because we want to work for a society and especially for a culture with less discrimination and for more safer spaces for all – especially marginalized groups.

Awareness concept/ Code of Conduct

The SBÄM Fest should be fun for all! Everyone should feel welcome and respected- no matter what gender identity, skin color, religion, ethnicity or ability. We are all responsible for this. Therefore, we do not tolerate any form of racism, sexism, anti-Semitism, ableism or any other form of discrimination or harassment.  By purchasing this ticket and entering the venue, you agree to our Code of Conduct. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in exclusion from the event. The ticket price or similar will not be refunded in this case.

If you feel harassed or uncomfortable, if you need support or if you want to tell us that something happened to someone, please contact us.  You can find our awareness team, clearly marked, at our awareness point. More information will be posted on site.  In case of emergency, you can also contact our staff, who will then forward you to the awareness team. We take every report seriously!
